Refund Policy

At Codersly, we provide premium digital WordPress products, including plugins, themes, license keys, updates, and support services. Since our products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded, accessed, activated, or used immediately after purchase, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our digital products.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any product from Codersly.

1. Digital Product Notice

All Codersly products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a product file has been downloaded, accessed, a license key has been issued, or the license has been activated, the product is considered delivered and used.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are not automatically available after delivery, download, access, license issuance, or license activation.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered in limited cases where there is a verified technical issue with the product that prevents it from working as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

To be eligible for refund consideration, all of the following conditions must apply:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • The issue must be directly related to the purchased Codersly product.
  • The customer must provide clear details, screenshots, error messages, website environment information, or other evidence of the issue.
  • The customer must allow Codersly Support a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • The issue must be verified by Codersly as a product-related technical problem that cannot be fixed by our support team.

Submitting a refund request within 30 days does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund approval depends on verification of the issue and the terms of this policy.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • The product has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or used successfully.
  • The license key has already been issued and activated, and the product is working properly.
  • No verified product issue exists.
  • The customer simply changed their mind after purchase.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
  • The customer no longer needs the product.
  • The customer expected features that were not advertised on the product page.
  • The customer did not read the product description, documentation, requirements, or feature list before purchase.
  • The product does not work due to third-party plugins, themes, hosting restrictions, server configuration, custom code, or external services outside Codersly’s control.
  • The customer refuses to provide issue details, screenshots, error logs, access information, or reasonable cooperation for troubleshooting.
  • The customer requests a refund after receiving support, updates, license activation, or product access without a verified unresolved product issue.
  • The refund request is made after the 30-day period from the original purchase date.

4. License Activation and Product Access

Once a license key has been issued and activated, the customer receives access to the premium product, updates, and support according to the purchased license terms.

If the license has been activated and the product is working as expected, the order is not eligible for a refund unless Codersly verifies a serious product-related technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Technical Support Before Refund

Codersly always encourages customers to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Most technical issues can be solved through proper configuration, updates, compatibility checks, or troubleshooting.

If you experience any issue with a Codersly product, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Website URL where the product is installed or activated
  • WordPress version
  • PHP version
  • Theme name
  • List of active plugins, if relevant
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
  • Error messages or debug logs, if available

We will review the issue and try to resolve it. Refunds will only be considered if the issue is confirmed as a Codersly product issue and cannot be resolved by our support team.

6. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same product or order due to a duplicate payment, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, we may refund the duplicate payment amount.

7. Product Compatibility

Codersly products are developed for standard WordPress environments. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product details, requirements, documentation, and compatibility information before purchasing.

Refunds are not provided for issues caused by unsupported environments, third-party plugin conflicts, third-party themes, hosting limitations, custom modifications, outdated WordPress/PHP versions, or external services not controlled by Codersly.

8. Subscription, License Renewal, and Updates

If a product includes a subscription, renewal, or license-based update system, the customer is responsible for managing the subscription or renewal before the next billing date where applicable.

Renewal payments may not be refundable once the renewal license, update access, or support period has been issued or extended.

9. Refund Review Process

To request a refund review, please contact Codersly Support with your order details and issue explanation.

Our team may ask for additional details to verify the issue. Failure to provide the requested information may result in rejection of the refund request.

Refund decisions are made at Codersly’s sole discretion based on this Refund Policy, product usage, license activation status, technical verification, and customer cooperation during troubleshooting.

10. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.

Once a refund is issued, the customer’s license key, download access, product updates, and support access may be cancelled or deactivated.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Codersly Support first, we reserve the right to suspend the related license, product access, updates, and support until the dispute is resolved.

Fraudulent or abusive refund requests, chargebacks, or misuse of digital products may result in account restriction, license cancellation, or refusal of future service.

12. Policy Changes

Codersly reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use or purchase of Codersly products after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
