Quick Start
Install a Plugin
- Download the plugin .zip file from your account or order page.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin and choose the downloaded file.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Open the plugin settings page if available and complete the setup.
Install a Theme
- Download the theme .zip file from your account or order page.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Themes.
- Click Add New, then Upload Theme.
- Select the theme file and click Install Now.
- After installation, click Activate.
System Requirements
- Latest WordPress version recommended
- PHP 7.4 or higher recommended
- Memory limit of 128MB or higher recommended
- A modern browser for the best experience
Updates and Downloads
You can download the latest version of your theme or plugin from your account or order page. When a new version is available, download the updated file and replace the older version on your website.
Tip: Before applying a major update, create a full backup of your website and test the update on a staging site if possible.
Troubleshooting
Upload failed or installation stopped
This usually happens because of hosting upload limits. Increase the maximum upload size from your hosting panel or use FTP or File Manager to upload the files manually.
Critical error after activation
Temporarily disable the plugin or switch to a default WordPress theme. Then check the error log and contact support with the details.
Layout issues after update
Clear your website cache, browser cache, and plugin cache. If you use Elementor, regenerate CSS and data from the Elementor tools section.
