1. Single Domain License

Each license purchased from Codersly is valid for one website (one domain) only. One domain means one active website address, such as example.com.

  • If you want to use the same product on another website or domain, you must purchase a new license.
  • Subdomains such as blog.example.com may be treated as a separate installation unless stated otherwise.

2. License Duration

All licenses are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. During the active license period, you receive access to the following:

  • Product updates, including improvements, bug fixes, and compatibility updates
  • Support, according to the applicable support terms
  • Access to download the licensed product from your account or order page

After your license expires, you may continue using the installed version of the product. However, access to future updates, support, and download access may be limited unless the license is renewed.

3. Renewals

To continue receiving updates and support after the initial 1-year license period, you must renew your license. Renewal options and pricing, if available, will be shown on the Codersly website or shared by support.

4. Allowed Use

  • You may install and use the product on one licensed domain.
  • You may modify the product for your own use on the licensed website.
  • You may use the product for personal or business purposes, as long as it remains within the single-domain license limit.

5. Not Allowed

  • Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or giving away the product files or license key
  • Using one license on multiple websites or domains
  • Claiming the product as your own work
  • Removing copyright notices when applicable
  • Publishing the product files on another website, marketplace, or distribution platform

6. Moving to a New Domain

If you move your website to a new domain, such as from oldsite.com to newsite.com, license transfer may be allowed for genuine website migrations.

  • Transfer requests may require proof of ownership
  • License transfers may be limited to one domain change per license term
  • Please contact support before switching domains to avoid activation or support issues
